‘ENOVA’, through a MONOFLO-CNP collaboration, is a new 2nd Generation range of stainless steel vertical in-line, multistage centrifugal pump.
The range was developed, an improved version on its predecessor, ‘LINEAR’, with the aim to increase pump efficiencies in mind.

Adopting the latest European standard, and approaching with an entirely a new design concept, ENOVA boast a high Energy
Efficiency Index - MEI equals and more than 0.7.

Excellent design features from years of R&D, placed the state-of-the-art designed ENOVA at a high level of quality and optimum performance -
Energy saving, low operating noise, environmentally friendly, reliable and light weight.
All wetted parts are produced in polished pressed or cast stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and increased durability.
The smooth and uniform surface ensures optimum performance, maintaining high efficiency throughout
pump life and lower power consumption, hence lowering operating cost.

DESIGN FEATURES

ENOVA’s increased in efficiencies achieving MEI equals or more than 0.7 compared to its predecessor, is a
result of detail re-designing of the pump.

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION 
| All wetted parts are produced in high quality polished pressed or cast stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and increased durability. 
The smooth and uniform surface ensures optimum performance, maintaining high efficiency throughout pump life and lower power consumption, hence lowering operating cost. 
ENOVA offers two main variances of material of construction.
The wetted hydraulic parts are constructed in 304 stainless steel or SS316 as option.

VERTICAL IN-LINE CONSTRUCTION 
| The ‘in-line’ suction-discharge ports simplifies installation and pipe
layout. Suction and discharge pipes are both fitted to the casing, allowing the pump hydraulics to be serviced
without disturbance to the pipework. In addition, the ‘vertical’ construction requires minimal installation area
because of the small foot print - space saving, and ideal when there are space constraints.

PIPE CONNECTIONS 
| Various options of pipe connections are available. DIN flanges are available for the entire
ENOVA series. Models up to EV20, offer ‘threaded’ flanges or ‘cutting ferrule’ type connection; while ‘oval’
flanges are available for models up to EV10.

IMPELLERS 
| Impellers are of enclosed type, with vanes and shrouds precision-pressed or casted. Being a
key component of a pump, it is important to ensure highest quality standards for impeller production. The
impellers of the large models from LN(S) 15 are laser-welded; and precision casted for Model LN(S)120 to 200.

SHAFT SEALING 
| ‘Cartridge’ mechanical seals are fitted as standard. This increases reliability and enable
easy access and servicing. Depending on application, choices of sealing materials are available as options.

MOTORS 
| As standard, ENOVA is supplied with IEC standard IE-3 PREMIUM EFFICIENCY, IP55 weatherproof
rating, aluminium frame, TEFC-type electric motors. Motors of user’s preference, can be fitted as options.
